1. Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
There is free shipping in Peninsular Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping or areas outside Peninsular Malaysia is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be given in the event that the product received is inoperable.
Any refunds will be subject according to the ‘Return Policy’.
3. Return Policy
We offer a 7 day guarantee (from your received date) for electrical defects. Email your request for a product return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost and we will deliver the replacement product to you within 10 – 15 working days, depending on availability. If the product is not available or the replacement will require more than 15 days you will be notified and can opt for a refund.
